This is a rare Korean-made J.B. Player Super Strat from the early 1990s featuring a factory HS (Humbucker/Single-Coil) configuration. Unlike the more common HSS models, this guitar has a dedicated factory HS body route, making it an uncommon example that is seldom seen on the used market.
The guitar features a comfortable bolt-on one-piece maple neck with 21 frets and a 25.5" scale. It has the classic simple control layout of one volume, one tone, and a 3-way selector switch.
The bridge pickup has been upgraded to a DiMarzio humbucker, delivering a significant improvement in output and tone over the original pickup. The neck pickup appears to be the original factory single-coil.
