Beautiful 1972 Martin D12-28 12 string w/original HSC.
Was brought to us by the original owner.
Had small crack in top that was professionally repaired and cleated. Very hard to see where it was! Frets were also dressed. Action is a bit higher side in the lower bout and may need a neck reset at some point in the future. Very common for 50+ year old guitars that do not have an operable truss rod. Still comfortable to play! Please see pics. I tried to photograph any blems on this guitar.
