HX® One is a powerful stereo effect pedal in an ultra-compact enclose that easily fits onto any pedalboard. It features intuitive controls, 250+ effects taken from HX family processors, a unique Flux Controller, a jack for connecting an optional expression pedal or two footswitches, adjustable input impedance, MIDI capabilities, and a choice of true or buffered DSP bypass.

DISPLAY

Press the HOME button to view the currently selected effect and its three primary parameters on the OLED display in the Home View. Additional views supporting tasks such as loading or saving presets and configuring controller and device settings are also available.

KNOBS 1-3

Turn the three knobs on the top row to adjust the corresponding parameters shown in the display. Press the knob to reset any parameter to its default value. Use the < and > PAGE buttons [4] to access additional pages of parameters.

SHORTCUT: Press the knob to toggle the value between ms/Hz and note divisions (1/4-note, dotted 1/8-note, etc.) when setting time-based parameters such as delay time and modulation speed.

EFFECT

Turn this knob to scroll through the complete list of effects and load the one you want. To find a specific effect more easily, press and hold the knob while turning it to choose a category from the Effects Carousel, then release the knob to select that category. Press and release the knob again to display the current category’s Effects list. Press and hold the knob again to enter the Settings View, where you can edit the Input Gate, Bypass Type, and other global and per-preset settings.

HOME | SAVE

If you ever get lost, press this button to return the Display to the Home View. Press and hold the button to enter the Preset Save View.

ON

Press the footswitch to enable or bypass the currently selected effect. The On LED lights when the effect is enabled.

TAP | FLUX

Press TAP two or more times to set the BPM (beats per minute) of any delay, modulation, or other tempo-based effect.
Press TAP once to restart any LFO-based modulation effect from the start of its cycle.
